Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

Is there a place I can shop in person?

Sugar Isle doesn’t currently doesn’t have a physical location, but we may host pop up shops in your local area! Please check our social media for any upcoming dates, or email us at hello@shopsugarisle.com for details.

Can I pick up or have you drop off my items?

Unfortunately, Sugar Isle does not offer pick ups or drop offs as delivery options. Please refer to upcoming pop up shops to shop and pay in person.

Free shipping, discounts & other promotions

In order to qualify for free shipping, your order must equal or exceed the required amount before taxes and after any discount codes are applied. You are unable to stack discount codes.

I’m travelling somewhere for Carnival. Can you ship it to my hotel or Airbnb?

We’re still working out the kinks, but we’ll be launching a Premium Destination Shipping option soon that will have your goods shipped right to you in your carnival destination.

How long will I have to wait to get my stuff?

We ship from Toronto, Canada and currently our standard shipping times are: 1 - 3 days within Canada, 3 - 7 days to the United States, up to 10 days for  Latin American & the Caribbean and up to 14 days everywhere else. Orders are sent out the following next working day after they are placed. Please factor this into when you will receive your order!

What’s your exchange and return policy?

To return or exchange items due to an error on our end (like, we send something different from what you ordered), you will be able to return the items for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of your purchase. Item must be unopened and it its original packaging. Please provide your order number and detail the reason for return or exchange in your return or exchange requests. Once your return is received, we will exchange the item or issue a store credit. Please email us for any further details.
